"The food was just ok. There was a mechanical humming that was loud enough to wake me up at 2:30 am. It occurred periodically during my stay. "

"Cons: 1) The AC/heater was broken. It rattled constantly, all night long like a jack hammer was going off in the room. We let the front desk know and they tried to fix it. It wasn't constant, but it was still making that noise. 2)The toilet would randomly flush every hour or so, throughout the day and night. They were unable to fix that. 3)There is no cable. No local channels like CBS, ABC, NBC or Fox. Just a fire stick. The internet is so weak, we couldn't get any of the apps on the fire stick to load. It kept buffering. 4)The wall/door that separates the bathroom and the main room is frosted glass so if someone gets up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, not only does the light from the bathroom light up the entire room, but you can see the shadow of the person in the bathroom on the toilet. Pros: 1)it's a great location. Walking distance to Time Square and Broadway and the Metro station. 2)staff was very attentive 3)there is a billiards table and a really nice fitness center. 4)the outdoor spaces/courtyards were very pretty. "Basic hotel. Check in. Check out. Decent location. Near Wall Street, Battery park and ferry to Ellis island… subway close. Nothing special but I don’t think it’s intended to be. Fine for place to crash and if you want anything it’s close by. "

"Hotel Henri is the perfect location to get around Manhattan. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy, and a good size for two of us. The lighting in both the room and bathroom was not super ideal. The mirrors in the bedroom even had a dark tint to them, so it was hard to see any detail. The bed was ok, not super comfortable but we made do. Overall, this hotel is a good budget option and I would recommend if you’re looking for that option in a prime location. "
