I loved my stay at the FIDI hotel! Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were super easy. The rooms are tiny but very comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is very modern and well maintained. I also loved the breakfast and free waters! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

I would like to mention your staff by the name of Jeanette. She went out of her way to accommodate us and made my experience very good. We need more people like her. She’s definitely a keeper. Give her a raise. There was a young man that worked in the breakfast area who also went out of his way to accommodate. Forgot his name. The only issue I had was there was no refrigerator in the room and to stay somewhere for a week, you really need access to a refrigerator.

Good place to stay when you need to be close to Wall Street. The breakfast is fine but limited in choice, the room has a very small desk so not ideal for doing work but the lounge is nice and the hotel is very modern and clean. I hear the sushi is really good so has food and bar options in the hotel. Price is very reasonable for downtown location.

The best part of this hotel was definitely the location and the friendly front desk staff, who always greeted us when we came and went. The room was a bit small, but manageable. There was no Smart TV, only cable, which was a little surprising, although bringing an HDMI cable may help if you want to stream your own shows. We also had some issues getting basic necessities like toilet paper and hand soap, and had to call multiple times to receive them. There were also only two large towels, two hand towels, and one washcloth. Overall, the price and location were perfect for our plans, so despite the few inconveniences, we were satisfied with our stay also the complimentary breakfast was great.
