The hotel is conveniently located to popular tourist attractions. We were given a room in the 14th floor with a view of One World, 911 Memorial and pools, the Oculus, Liberty Park, walking distance to Wall St, Broadway, subway stations close by. There really is nothing negative as far as I'm concerned. The staff friendly and accommodating. We requested an early check in because of a 10am arrival and when we got to Club Quarters, we were only intending to leave our luggage, but hooray, the check in staff Carlos, said our room was ready, and mind you, I would say we even got the best room in the hotel with the best view!! Thank you very much! Highly recommend! Will surely book this hotel again when we go back to NYC.

Came to check in around 5pm and my room was not ready and was asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until it was, gave them 35 minutes heard nothing and when I returned back to the front desk I was received with hostility and impatience from one particular staff so much so that another staff member had apologized to me on their behalf. I was nothing but respectful and patient and was not received with that same sentiment. But my room was nice and I enjoyed my stay despite it

They wrote the address on a yellow sticky note and didn't offer the map. I took a google map to that address andI took 2 hours to get a few blocks then the next time I asked she pointed and said go all around. I said what? They stole 3 posters I bought and only gave me a portion of my belongings! They were rude and disrespectfull. I am reporting my stolen items to the local precinct. I stayed 2 nights in the handicapped room 1601. My brother went out of the room and they started stealing my stuff! I want a refund!
