"Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant location. The shuttle service to Disney was spot-on—timely and convenient. However, the return journey wasn’t quite as smooth, especially on Sunday when the fireworks end at 22:20 and the last shuttle departs at 22:45. We nearly missed it due to the usual post-show crowds and delays leaving the park. I’m not sure how much control the hotel has over the shuttle schedule, but that was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay."

"We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar – food and drinks were really nice (a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected so close to Disney). Simba and Jared were great! Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!"

The hotel is fun, family-friendly, and full of character — perfect for kids and adults alike. The pirate-themed play area was a huge hit with our little ones, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal — just a short shuttle ride to Disneyland, which made getting to and from the parks super easy. After a day of Disney magic, it was lovely to come back to a hotel that kept the fun going. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Explorer Hotel helped make our first trip to France truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, affordable, and memorable Disney experience!"
