"The breakfast - very very limited options and not enough food available. Staff were somehow unable to keep the food area topped up. Breakfast front of house staff tried their best but management were fully aware in advance of how many residents had pre-booked breakfast and should have ensured there was enough Fruit was not fresh and coffee machine broken. Rooms adequate and very clean. There was no soap in shower but this was quickly remedied at reception."

"When visiting Disney, most people think they need all the bells and whistles—themed rooms, swimming pools, and fancy hotel bars. But in reality, your room is just a place to crash and rest your head after a 25,000-step park day. You barely spend any waking time in it! ​If you'd rather save your money for extra park snacks and merchandise, ibis Val d'Europe is the absolute sweet spot. You step right outside the hotel, hop on the RER for one quick stop, and you're there. If you time the train, it’s often much quicker than waiting for hotel shuttle buses or trudging through Disney Village. ​This was our fourth visit this year, and it honestly gets easier every time. Even late at night after the fireworks, you just head down to the platform and you’re back in your hotel room within 10 minutes. It really is that seamless. Plus, you have the Val d'Europe shopping centre right nearby (yes, complete with a massive Primark for cheap essentials). Highly recommended if you want a clean, no-nonsense base—believe me, when you're "Disney tired," you won't care about anything else!"

"Our room was clean. The safe and 2 of outlets weren’t working but everything else was great. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. Our room had a queen bed and bunk beds. We had breakfast included the mat was really useful. We ate at 7am on 2 morning and the restaurant was relatively quiet but on our last morning we ate at 9am and it was chaos but all of the buffet stations were well stocked. We used the shuttle bus but had to get an uber twice due to high demand. We stayed for the fireworks and ended up getting an uber (€18) back to the hotel as the line for the bus was huge. BE WARNED do not rely on taxis outside of Disney as there were many obvious scams going on. One family were being asked to pay €45 to get back to a hotel next to Grand magic, either use the shuttle or a ride share service."

"If you can upgrade to a suite, do it! Great value, excellent facilities and the shuttle bus to Disney is perfect. Disney is no more than 5 minutes round the corner and they drop you right outside, at 11pm at night it was very welcomed. All the staff were really friendly, the pool area was great and we all enjoyed using the facilities. I cant comment on the food as we didn't eat there, our suite had a well equipped kitchen so we did our own breakfast"

"This was perfect for our short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic. Our youngest also really enjoyed the indoor play area. My only comment would be that the evening buffet was quite expensive for the selection that was actually on offer, but the food was of great quality and there was more than enough for us. I would definitely consider returning again."
