"The communication with Avantstay was terrible. They didn’t send the access code until we got there and had to call them, which was a very long wait with the answering machine. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator. "This place is amazing! Super comfortable bed! The washer and dryer in the unit came in handy. The fishing out the back was super active. The unit was super clean and the views over the lake were spectacular! The only issue we had was no cold water in the kitchen sink and the bathroom hand soap ran out. No big deal. The Cable TV went out for a short time, but from what I understand, it was all around town. We’ll be back for sure! "
