We booked on line. Once we got to the hotel around 7 pm the office was closed. We had to call a number to get a code for our room. It was a little confusing but once we understood the process it was fine. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Super clean room. The owners live right on the property and can help with anything you need. Nested right next to the Rio Grande river, there’s a super peaceful area to relax and take your dogs out for a walk.

We just stopped for an overnight stay, family of 4. The check in and out was super easy and more like a vrbo (no front desk needed!). The price was amazing for the size of the cabin room and a kitchen. The river is right behind the property.

Our stay at Four Seasons was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The only complaint is we could hear the people above us walking around (most likely children) and talking.

There was no one of authority on site. We were not given the mountain view offered. Via text were told we had to clean up & put all trash in garbage cans. There was no a/c offered. Not enough outdoor lighting in the back where our room was. Bed was very comfortable.

We did not know about the lack of AC, but our stay in September had milder temps. There was no ice machine on property and an unmanned office. To get assistance you need to contact Quality Inn down the road. Please be careful when walking after dark as the sidewalk has step downs that are not easily seen. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and room were clean. We had sufficient parking directly in front of our room. Coffee pods with a Keurig coffee maker make for a good start to your day. Otherwise a coffee shop called Pale Morning Coffee we visited also had homemade fruit hand pies and is a couple of miles away. If you want to visit a unique antique store, there is one next door and the gentleman running it is very pleasant.

The hotel is very old. NO A/C. The floors are very creaky. Almost sounds unsafe in spots. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Got a splinter in my hand from the old wood railing on the stairs. Our room was clean. No staff on-site. You speak to staff via text. Short distance from the river. Easy walk. Beautiful area. We fished a little. Didn't catch or see a fish, but it was beautiful and relaxing. Mattress was good. Never really saw anyone. Nice and quiet. I bet it is beautiful in the winter, but a sweat box over 4th of July weekend.

Clean room, but fridge had food in it. Parking is always easy. There is no onsite staff. If you need a downstairs room message the property before booking to be sure there is a downstairs in room available. Nothing is really wheelchair accessible. If you need extra towels ask online before you arrive. There's usually plenty of soap etc. it might be a little noisy from the main road.
