"I reserved a two queen bed studio suite. The beds were full sized or double, not queen. The room had no sound insulation so it was very loud from traffic and the interior hallway. The faucet in the shower was not anchored to the wall so it moved when pulling up the lever to turn on the shower. There was minimal water pressure in the shower. "

"I didn't buy a breakfast because the website said there was Continental breakfast. There wasn't. "

"The room had dirty walls, pieces of the flooring missing, and had electrical connections on the walls for lighting without any fixtures. There was a very small area for my dog to do her business which was surrounded by what appeared to be construction debris."

"This hotel was TERRIBLE. Looks like it was built in the 80s and it was built in 2001. Water does NOT get hot. You may get almost lukewarm but that it. Beds sit on rail thats about to fall apart and the rooms don't even come with blankets. You have to ask for one. There was a roach in my room as well. The walls are thin as paper. People above me were loud as a daycare as early as 5am then around 7am the next door neighbors were having a domestic dispute arguing and making all kinds of noises throwing things and whatnot. The mattress was hard a BRICK!!!! They had walmart rags and towels, terrible quality!!!! No kind of thought goes into this place. Please do not spend your money here. It was not worth it. Terrible experience for a hotel."

"They need to permanently fix the ceilings. When I got there, the ceilings were very patchy and small holes were there. They did fix the small holes upon request which was good. And also the sofa was broke, but they fixed that upon request. So those issues made the space not be a better experience initially. The house is very creatively designed tho. Very spacious upstairs. But just be aware of those issues. Hopefully the next person that stays there, the ceilings will not look like a rushed job. "

"Exceptional property, very well appointed, beautiful and spotlessly clean! The host thought of absolutely every amenity with taste and flair. The host was extremely attentive and communication was 10 out of 10! Absolutely a 6-star experience! My family and I very highly recommend and would most definitely return! Thank you so very much for making our Thanksgiving holiday wedding family weekend all the more joyous! "
