Lovely friendly people, for what you pay, it’s good value. Clean, good shower, good bed, I extended my stay, all the basics are right and it’s very affordable. Would stay again.

Limited reception service had to use an intercom as a result. Rooms are pretty comfortable however, not properly lit up. For the price however, very good stay.

Just little issues like front desk closing at 8:30 we are used to staying open til 12:00am using the kiosk check in was an issue the gate code was an issue we were not only ones having problems with checking in and gate problems

Très mauvaise expérience. À notre arrivée nous avons récupéré le code de notre chambre sur une borne à l’entrée. La borne n’acceptait aucune carte bancaire. Obligé d’appeler une personne de l’assistance par téléphone pour pouvoir payer et récupérer le numéro de notre chambre. Cette opération a duré 20 minutes. Nous sommes arrivés pour poser nos affaires. Nous devions repartir dans la foulée un concert. En partant la porte était impossible à fermer. Aucun personnel présent sur place pour nous aider. Nous avons dû repartir avec toutes nos valises dans la voiture. À notre retour aucune solution n’avait été trouvée donc nous avons repris notre chambre et dormi la porte ouverte toute la nuit dans la chambre qui a été fraîchement rénovée, beaucoup de prises de courant ne fonctionnait pas. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Le sélecteur de clim n’avait pas de bouton. On pouvait juste l’allumer ou l’éteindre impossible de régler la température. Normalement nous devions avoir deux bouteilles d’eau dans notre chambre à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons rien eu. Je déconseille cet hôtel. Et je ne reviendrai pas.
