The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. "Fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Great location in como, amazing breakfast with prosecco even included. Staff very helpful. Free room upgrade too which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend a stay at the Palace hotel. "

"We had a standard double room, which was clean and modern. Had obviously been renovated relatively recently, all the fixings and fittings in excellent condition. The lights all linked to touchscreens located throughout the room. Powered shutters on the windows and AC which was effective. Complimentary water in the fridge, tea and instant coffee. As a vegan, the options at the breakfast buffet were limited to fruit, cereal + soy milk, bread + jam, some hot mixed veg, and a couple of sweet cakes. Tea/coffee/juice. The vegan things were labelled so that was nice. Very easy to get around, bus stops just across the street to the train station, airport etc. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend."
