"A terrible experience. Expedia and the hotel both charged me for a one night stay. I contacted the hotel when I returned home to let them know that we were double charged and they blew me off and told me to contact Expedia. I called Expedia and they called the hotel when I was on hold. The representative came back and said the hotel will be refunding us. They never refunded us and when I directly contacted the hotel again, they refused to refund me. One night stay and 2 hours of trying to figure this out. Expedia and this hotel are terrible."

"The gentleman at the reception when we arrived was very nice. The room was very disappointed. We booked an ocean view and it was not. It was a very partial view between 2 buildings. The room had a smell and we saw a cockroach in the room. The breakfast was not good."

When they heard we were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday, a bottle of sparkling wine was in our room when we arrived. The view from our suite was fabulous, and the huge private deck was incredible. Private access to the beach is such a nice amenity."
