Kalinda

Quite comfortable with basic facilities. A better heating system would be good as the tiled floors and open plan layout makes the unit quite cold in the winter months. Good central location, close to all amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price an excellent experience. Only downside was the fact that it was advertised as dog friendly but on arrival a sign stated that dogs were to remain outside, this could have been communicated earlier. Otherwise a fantastic rental

Kudos to Kalinda

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Kalinda - it was neat and tidy and met our expectations. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cutlery etc and we also made use of the outdoor seating space and bbq everyday! It is also conveniently located - only a short walk to the Main Street, the creek and beach. Our only disappointment was on arrival there was a sign on the fridge to say pets outdoors only - ideally this would’ve been communicated more clearly prior to our visit (in most cases ‘pet friendly’ means access to in and outdoors).

Kalinda stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn't impressed when we arrived and found a poster on the fridge saying dogs weren't allowed in the house I would have thought that when I booked it on the website it said pet friendly and I assumed if they weren't allowed in the house it would have said it like some other houses we looked at.Night time was very cold the heater that was there doesn't heat the place at all.For what we paid it was okay but we wouldn't stay there again the cockroaches really put us off.
