"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"This place is around a 10 minute walk from the metro which was ok for us as it was easy to get to and from each day. One of the biggest disappointments is that we weren’t told about works occurring on the building that would literally be happening outside the window, meaning we couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows. The AC also wouldn’t turn on and above the AC there was a huge amount of mould that was visible. The draining of the shower was awful, we’d have to wait for the water...

It was our first time in Milan and I can safely that I will rent this place again on my next trip. "Way too small for 3 people. Bedding and pillows not very good. Should be upgraded with extra pillows. Location is great if that's where you want to be. Acceptable in every way for a couple only...especially if you don't want to spend much time in the flat."

"Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco, usato da altre persone, letti disfatti, bagno sporco. Dopo ore di attesa si presenta una signora della ditta di pulizie senza scopa, stracci, cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani. Non è possibile parlare con i proprietari ma solo tramite messaggi su WhatsApp. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura senza soggiornarvi. Non consiglio questa struttura a nessuno"
