Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"Die beste Campinganlage, wo wir bis jetzt waren! Unser Bungalow war super sauber und modern! Gut ausgestattet mit allen Sachen, was man während einem Urlaub braucht! Besonders hat uns die geräumige Terrasse und der Gas Grill gefallen! Und natürlich die viele Outdoor Spiele und Aktivitäten (Mini-Golf, Spielplätze, Mini Disco, 4x Pools, davon 2 für kleinere Kinder geeignet usw.), die die Anlage anbietet! "It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"Very disappointed that towels were extra and they charged for air conditioning. This should be publisized on the site. Oh yeah, wifi is not included in the cabin either and lots of misquitos. Stayed for the beach which was nice and fun area if you truly are camping not passing through."

"Es ist ein schöner und moderner Ort. Leider müsste man gründlicher beim Putzen sein. Die schwarzen langen Haare auf dem Kissen und den Laken waren schon eigenartig. Die Dichtung des Tiefkühlers hatte eindeutig zu viel Schimmel. Eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer als Willkommensgeschenk wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Sonst lieben wir die Toskana und die Lage ist super."

"Otrevligt bemötande vid incheck. De hittade inte vår bokning & visade noll intresse att ge oss ett rum. Hänvisade till deras datasystem. Bad oss ringa Stockholm eller leta efter annat hotell. Oproffsigt rakt igenom. Lediga rum fanns. Katastrof WiFi som aldrig fungerade. Svit var villavagn utan lakan. Dåligt poolområde med begränsade öppettider, många badvakter med åsikter & dyra solstolar. Det enda negativa med hela Italienresan = denna camping. Besök ej om semester önskas!"

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
