The Owner was friendly and helpful. Car is essential but there are restaurants in 10min radius. Other places are easily reachable in 60min drive to explore. "A beautiful property within walking distance from Lucca. Really appreciated the fully enclosed garden for our Westie to wander safely. We had everything we needed and Francesco was a really great host, very kind and helpful."

"The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a warm charm. The restaurant on the top floor is a must try, with the staff manning a dinner service that is top class. The rooms were clean, topped up daily with toiletries and waters. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and was topped up whenever possible. The location is right between some fantastic restaurants, independent shops and a short walk away from the leaning tower of Pisa. Overall we had a fantastic time and that was thanks to The Grand Hotel Duomo."
