"When I made my reservation, you put me in a pet room. I did not have a pet to take. Those rooms are not the greatest and they’re on the bottom floor. They were so full and busy from all the activities this weekend they could not move me. What if I had a terrible allergy to dogs. I would’ve been screwed. ..."
