"Good hotel i would come back again"

"The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. Perhaps it is an older building but there were no USB ports anywhere in the room, not even like I've seen many times on the lamp base by the bed nor at the desk. Luckily I brought an adapter plug so I could plug into an outlet to charge my phone. The freezer was completely iced up, so I couldn't use it. The lamp next to the bed didn't work so I switched lightbulbs with a working lamp in the living room but all it would do was sporadically flash, so I told them at the desk and told them I sat it just inside the door so they would know which one was shorting, but it sat there all week and still sitting there to be exchanged when I left. There are several restaurants close by and a Whole Foods market and a Kroger. Everything was a close drive but not walkable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. This was my second stay there"

"Let’s start with the good, the room is very nice, with a big and comfy bed. Though we are not gamblers the casino vibes were very nice we were there through a Friday so they had live entertainment. That’s where the good stops the front desk as this hotel is horrific and I really expect more from Churchill downs owned property."

"The property looks great at first glance, but was super hot in the hallways and walls and carpets dirty. My room when went to lay down had mold on sheets cakes it was like 1a and they threw new sheets in car at me didn't offer to make the bed and I mentioned it was hot had to game security come at 2a try to turn ac down off and on and nothing next day they had to go in when I wasn't there that helped and the bathroom shower for let all water out and soaked bunch towels cause I hate stepping out onto wet floors my last night they fixed that dint help at were leaving next day And cleaning staff took a towel I had to my flat iron that was mine. Oh well but the staff up front and at valet were great and breakfast but holiday Monday they still ended breakfast early 930 that was disappointing. And there was a lot of un housed people with obvious mental concerns around the hotel 24/7. I don't think I'd return."

10/10 Excellent

"Great location. Walking distance everything on Main Street and only 2 blocks from the Louisville Slugger Museum. Breakfast was outstanding as were the beds. Pool was small but enough for two young boys to blow off some steam. Jake at the front desk went above and beyond on many occasions! Would definitely stay here again."
