"Our stay was wonderful. We arrived with our dog and we all had a welcome reception. Our roof was comfortable and had everything we needed. Housekeeping added a dog bed and bowls too. Our meal in the restaurant was fab and the staff were great. "

"Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark. "

"Our vill a was an ideal location for our stay. We were blown away with the villa and the spectacular views over looking the mountain. The villa had everything and more to ensure wonderful experince. The local bus takes you into the centre of Anncey for a small price 1€50 and this is a must to see the lake in its glory. You can pick up a boat on the lake - we took the wooden boat and thw young guide was very informative. and take the guided bus tour. Supermarkets and restaurants are local to the villa. The villa is an ideal location for summer or winter sports with the lake offering paddleboarding, water skiing paddle boats and the mountains offering paragliding single and tandem rides. Plenty of coffee shops and pattiseries nearby. I would suggest a visit to the nature reserve towards Albertville you get the site of paragliders landing. A very relaxing holiday few days on our tour of France. MERCI"

"We had a fabulous time staying in Sevrier. The apartment was clean, had all necessary provisions for a great stay; washing machine, kettle, coffee machines, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery/ glassware. There was a bus from the end of the road running every 20 minutes into Annecy and an amazing bakery with good quality take away coffee at the end of the road. Central location for walking in the mountains or just relaxing by the lake. A little disappointing was the size of the bedrooms and the balcony which was cramped for four people ( photos are deceptive) and the shower was just a shower attachment on the bath. This did not spoil a wonderful stay, however, and I would highly recommend this apartment."

"Fantastic holiday. We were 8 people (2 families) and house worked great. Kids took the upstairs and the adults downstairs.Serge provide additional mattresses in two rooms so the kids did not need to share bed. House and pool were great especially as was +35 degrees for first week and location is really good. Serge also really helpful when we needed to get some medical treatment."

"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. We enjoyed evening meals outside in the garden around the big table. Be aware, one single bedroom is effectively a corridor to two other bedrooms so be prepared for that. Three of the double bedrooms are very lovely and spacious while the other three are small but functional. We had not known about St Jorioz but of all the places around Lake Annecy that is where we would stay again as it was so convenient for bus and cyling to other places in the area as well as the local facilities and the ease of an early morning trip to the beach each day."
