"the staff were friendly and the room was good. i did feel that for the price for the room, paddle boards should be free to use and maybe they can have a few more available. also, same with the bikes. offering some complimentary evening snack or something would also be good. four star places include breakfast or these type of things to make it an elevated experience beyond just a hotel in a good location. the sauna was nice and the outdoor small pool was closed when we wanted to use it. also more...

"Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and bike rentals for the trip around the lake. It was difficult to find a place to park for check in but not surprising with its prime location. The garage they provide spaces in was very close and convenient. Breakfast was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Photo was taken around the corner from the hotel when we arrived, a beautiful place."

"Gorgeous room, very comfortable bed, right in the town’s main action. It was a mere pit stop for us, but Peter made it extremely pleasant. Convenient paid parking nearby. Will definitely return. Merci!"

"Le staff était très courtois et professionnel. L’endroit est très bien situé au cœur du vieux Annecy et la rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant. Le seul problème est qu’il y a très peu de stationnement et nous ne savions pas qu’il fallait réserver en avance. Les stationnements publiques sont petits et dispendieux, très difficile d’y stationner un véhicule intermédiaire."
