"Located in a highrise in the southern part of the city it is a half hour walk from the center. The place was clean and convenient. Chosen mainly for the good price it was better than expected "

"Perfect pied-a-terre to explore Paris from. Metro is a block away and great bakery and restaurants down the street. It is a true Parisian neighborhood and Stephane had many suggestions about the area and what to see in Paris. We had a wonderful stay. "

"This apartment offered welcome relaxation after long days of enjoying Paris and nearby towns and villages. The courtyard was peaceful and quiet, a perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour. While the entire apartment had much to offer us, we especially appreciated the cozy bedroom which was on the second floor and looked out at the tops of trees through two sets of large windows. Olivier was so very attentive and I look forward to another stay in a future trip."

"The apartment was easily accessible from the metro with plenty of grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive although there was a miscommunication about check out times so be sure to double check that! "

"Great place."

"Comfortable room and bed. lots of things need attention, The strings holding the drapes and strings hanging down from the chairs need attention. moldy smell under the sink and the need for paint and the stained grout needs bleach.We had to purchase Toilet paper because there was not enough for our 5 days.Loved the Natural History location."

"I loved the horel! You can walk to a boat cruise, train station. It’s super quiet, clean, friendly stuff, helpful. Delicious breakfast, great coffee. Very comfortable bed. I COULD SEE SEINE RIVER AND EIFFEL TOWER right from ny room! Going to be back. "
