"The place was easy to find in a good locality- close to transport, restaurants etc. It was much smaller than we had expected & we had to call Yann when we arrived to ask about removing a bag of dirty linen & to find out how to get on the internet. Yann replied promptly & the issues were solved. A suggestion for the future - please check the toilet has been cleaned & perhaps move all the food out of the frig. We managed regarding the size because we were out all day & ate all our meals out. Once...

"If your looking for a safe comfortable, clean place this is it, not fancy , could use a little handy work. However the kindness of the owner more than makes up for any quirks. We enjoyed our stay here very much."

"The apartment is beautiful, spacious and quiet. The private terrace and garden are amazing. The location is very convenient due to its close proximity to rue Mouffetard's various stores and delicious restaurants. It is only a 5 minute walk to jardin des plantes, which is beautiful to walk and jog through.Our host Olivier was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment."

"Great location...steps from metro, grocery, restaurants, bars, shopping and pharmacies. Away from the bulk of tourists while still close enough to access those areas easily. The bed was extremely comfortable and wifi was strong."

"A well appointed and very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The apartment faces the Jardin des Plantes on a quiet street. Check in was very easy and as a single traveler I felt very safe as the property is double locked (front entrance lock). The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all amenities. The apartment is rather spacious- separate living room and bedroom. Highly recommend."

"The apartment was easily accessible from the metro with plenty of grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive although there was a miscommunication about check out times so be sure to double check that! "

"Everything at the apartment was lovely and functioning properly. A bit of a problem with the property not being ready at the promised check in time, but it was resolved and the host was lovely and communicative after that. Would definitely stay again, it is a nice big space for friends to gather ."
