"The room was fine with only a couple of minor niggles - the bathroom fan was noisy and seemed to stay on for a long time when trying to sleep; and it would have been helpful to have a USB/USC plug or socket in the room to recharge phones, laptops etc. The food was very good and reasonably priced, and the staff were great."

"Checked into Leonardo Hotel Swindon today and they looked after me brilliantly ✨ Got a lovely surprise upgrade — huge, spacious room up on the 7th floor, spotlessly clean, with that classic warm decor they do so well. Best of all? A proper deep bath instead of just a shower — total luxury after travelling! Staff were friendly, quick, and really welcoming. Great location, super comfortable, and exactly the steady base I needed. Proper good stay so far 💤🛁"

"Had a fan in the room you could use for the heat. Very easy parking for cars. Longer spaces at the front for long cars. Vending machine at the bottom of the stairs. Very impressed! Would definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful and immaculate room. Far exceeded my expectations. Staff super friendly and helpful especially considering we arrived very late after complications during our journey. Honestly felt like we were in a 5 star hotel, wish we could have stayed longer and hope to stay again."

"This is a very old property and so of course it does look a little tired in places and the wifi is not so great but they were the only negatives. The hotel is in a fantastic place right in the middle of the High St and it has a car park which is a godsend. The food menu in the bar is excellent for lunches and dinner. Definitely add the breakfast as there is so much choice from cooked oprions to pastries, cereals and fruit and all of the the food was delicious. The staff were so lovely and couldn't help enough. Dawn the manager even let me use the hotel phone when I was having trouble ringing out. I would definitely recommend this place and the bed was incredibly comfortable!"
