This flat consists of a living/dining room with kitchen, four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bathroom belongs to a bedroom, so that sufficient privacy is guaranteed in each bedroom with bathroom. From the living area with sea view you have direct access to the balcony of this holiday flat. Behind the house there is a beautiful pool area with a 32 m² large and 1.6 m deep pool, which can be used by the guests of the flats. Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar.
The flats have a private car park, which is available to guests free of charge. A footpath leads from the house to the town centre and the nearest beach, Kastel. Although the house is in a quiet location, the town centre with restaurants, cafés, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities is only a few minutes' walk away. The property is video-monitored and fully fenced. The entrance gate and flat doors are opened using a modern card system. For special occasions such as birthdays or similar, the wine cellar can be used for celebrations by arrangement with the landlord.
Use of the sauna is not included and costs 10 euros per hour.
