Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with ocean views and a terrace

This apartment, which occupies an entire floor, was completely renovated in 2018.

The floor plan includes a kitchen with a dining area right by the apartment’s entrance, two bedrooms—each with one double bed and one single bed—as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms with double beds face the sea, have access to the balcony, and are both air-conditioned.

In front of the entryway is a 30 m² terrace available for exclusive use. The terrace is covered and furnished. The beautiful terrace is easily accessible from the kitchen and, thanks to its roof, is ideal for use as a second dining area.

A private, free parking space is located on the property.

The living area consists of an open-concept dining room and kitchen and features a terrace, tile flooring, and a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, an electric stove, four hot plates, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher.

The bedrooms consist of two double rooms, each with a double bed and an extra bed, a balcony, a sea view, and hardwood floors, as well as one double room with twin beds and hardwood floors.

The bathroom has a shower (no toilet) and a separate toilet.

The balcony is private, covered, furnished with seating, offers a sea view, and measures 6 m², while the private terrace is also covered, furnished with seating, offers a sea view, and measures 30 m².
