New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area (see list below). The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

Great Lakeside Retreat!

Quiet, peaceful lakeside location! Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Nice dock for fishing and perfect for an evening fire pit after a busy day. Perfect location for visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Come on out to the lake and enjoy!

Church camp meeting/relaxing get away

This property was great. Very clean and family friendly. Dee was very easy to get in touch with and made us feel at home. The guys in the family crew said the fishing was top notch!!

Great lakeside getaway!

Excellent Vacation stay

We had a wonderful time! The house is excellent - clean, cozy, new appliances, everything very well-appointed! We spent our days, though, in the kayaks, paddling around the lake, enjoying the nature! Highly recommend!

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful

Our stay was wonderful. It was so nice to return to the cabin after a day of sightseeing to rest and relax. We loved the kayaks, bean bags, fire pit, etc. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make our evening meals. It was also in a great location! We stayed three nights. The house was very cleaned. Neighbors were quiet. Did not get the opportunity to enjoy The kayak because ran out of time.

Great family getaway.

Warm, cozy home with good views, all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and multiple entertainment items (separate hang out area with games,tv for kids), fire pit, corn hole, lakeside dock with fishing equipment provided. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Location was perfect for a visit to the Ark, Creation Museum, and Hockey game. We loved our stay.

Lake House

We had a wonderful experience. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to relax. The host provided fishing gear and kayaks which was a nice addition. It was super nice to kayak on the lake which was right next to the house. All amenities were there plus some. Dee who was our host was on top of communication and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing

This is the perfecr getaway. Right on the lake with plenty of outdoor activities . Between the kayaks, fishing, corn hole & huge deck overlooking the lake its a wonderful way to spend the day outdoors. The lake house is cute & modern & stocked with everything you could need. It was clean & welcoming. I absolutely recommend!!!

Our week in Kentucky.

This was our first big trip post-Covid. Started the trip planning to see the area sites and we did. But my husband doesn’t really relax and enjoy the quiet time unless we find a place on a lake for a little bit of fishing. Our daughter is 17 and may not want to travel with us many more times, so she got the opportunity to make some fishing memories with her Pops. Dee is a great host, every thing was wonderful and we appreciate the time spent in her home! The neighbors are very kind and helpful too!

Cozy house on a lake

Just what we wanted! House was clean and cozy! Yard was perfect for fishing, and bonfires. Kitchen had everything we needed. We are a family of 6, if the house was smaller it would have been too small. However, we were using the house for a respite. We visited the museums and then came back home for kayaking, fishing, and relaxing. We would definitely book it again!

Spring Break to see the Ark Encounter

The cottage was perfect for our family adventure to see the Ark and creation museum. It was a little snug with 5 people, but we did just fine. My girls loved the fire pit and making s’mores. Oh and the games and TV in the basement. There was all the things we could’ve needed.. pots pans even a hair dryer. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and even left us a thoughtful little gift. Definitely a little hidden gem on the lake!

Great week end getaway to the Ark

Went up for a long week end to go to the Ark and Creation museum. The home is small, but was perfect for our needs. It is extremely clean and is beautifully decorated. We didn't fish or get in the lake, but had a fire outside in the evening on the outside deck area by the lake. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt so welcomed by the host, she was quick to respond to any of our needs. Dee's neighbor was also a kind soul, he gathered kindling and made our fire for us. Perfect host! Would stay again if we are ever that way.

Lovely little lake house

This is a great property! Very clean and updated with some original character left in the design. Cozy & comfy! Downstairs room was great with games and fishing gear. All the outside areas were a huge bonus. We had everything we needed except a pitcher for sweet tea. LOL! We bought one at the DG and left it incase any other sweet tea drinkers visit. We had a lovely gift waiting on us and it’s perfect for a great reminder of our vacation. We visited Ohio, Indiana and of course the Ark Encounter and Creation museum. Great location and beautiful area!!

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed staying at Fishing Frenzee! It was a beautifully updated home with a cozy welcoming feel. Dee, the host, was responsive, helpful, and kind. All the personal touches made us feel valued. Plenty of things to do while at the home but close to other entertainment as well. The personalized gift was a touching surprise. We loved the bonfire, beautiful deck, corn hole, fishing supplies, and all the other amenities. We’ll be back again soon!
