" No breakfast even though it was advertised . Room not clean and stank of smoke although it was a no smoking room. Coffee pot filthy. No hairdryer either. No one at reception when we arrived, the guy at the desk said she was in the laundy and we would have to wait. 15 minutes before she turned up. Not a good stay "

"Room was very dirty with bugs. They looked like little roaches. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff members and they said it was just likely bugs from the ceiling lights. Absolutely not: I didn’t expect fine accommodations but the conditions of this room for the property rating was completely unfit. "

"I had a very bad experience with expedia my reservation was canceled 20 min before check in and was no help was so disappointed had to book something close by it was my son's graduation surprise but when I checked in this other place the owners went beyond to make our stay great friendly gave us a free boat ride was an amazing experience made something bad turn into an amazing experience thank you forever grateful the nicest sweetest people and an awesome place to stay"

"Room was updated and very clean. My 7 year old kept saying how good it was. With that said, the hotel is old, and might appear sketchy to some from the outside. I gave it a chance, being that it was 3-4x cheaper than things available in College Station and we literally only needed a place to sleep for 8 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. It was not perfect, but it was clean, quiet and conveniently located. For all the things that were importsnt, it was fantastic. "
