The location was also convenient. You are not far walking distance from the London Bridge underground station. Along the walk you will also find dining options and pubs. No complaints at all! "

"I arrived to check in and was told I was VIP of the day - such an amazing surprise after a long journey from NY! The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of. "The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful."
