"I loved staying here. It was well worth the price for the cost! We got a free room upgrade upon first meeting them. The room was very nice and roomy. The food and service was great. The front desk helped with all my questions about how to get around, how to use the Metro, and restaurants to eat at. We were greeted everytime we went by the desk. I felt bad for how many times the door man opened the door for me. They were so nice! The housekeeper help with directions. I would highly recommend staying here."

"At arrival it was confusing because we had reserved a specific room and we were given a different room. We try making the arrangements to get what we paid for and we were stuck to that room until the next day at 8:00pm when finally the assistant director Aillen finally was able to accommodate us in the right room. It was really upsetting to have to wait to the next day to be able to get what we paid for. But Aileen made sure that we were all set and also treated us with in room dinner . The staff at the Sakura Club is excellent, amazing and exceptional. Starting with the chefs and rest of the staff, but a special shoutout to Amitri and Mimi that everyday when the xtra mile with there attention. The food is great, the staff and the cleanliness was great. Breakfast , dinner and drinks on point all the time."

"The staff is very attentive to parties and loud activity in the guest rooms. We were there on the night of a big concert at the arena and guests were really misbehaving. Security was responsive but it was not a restful Night of sleep"
