The Grade II-listed cottage has period features, traditional furniture, and creature comforts throughout. Enter to the rear, directly into the spacious kitchen, where you’ll find all the equipment needed to whip up tasty dishes. Just off the kitchen is a bright and airy dining area with direct access to the garden. The characterful lounge boasts a beamed ceiling and original inglenook fireplace housing a cosy wood burner. Relax here, reading a book or catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. A handy utility room rounds off the ground floor. Steep, cottage-style stairs lead to the first floor and two delightful bedrooms, along with the main shower room. Enjoy morning coffee or al fresco dinners in the cute, walled courtyard at the front of the cottage. To the rear is an enclosed garden that’s laid to lawn – perfect for little ones and four-pawed guests.

The village of Overstrand is perched high on a cliff, and enjoys some of the finest views in Norfolk. Enjoy breakfast or a light snack at the clifftop cafe, before heading down to explore the miles of golden sand below, striding out along the coastal path, or strolling through the woodlands surrounding the village. From Overstrand, a 1.5-mile walk takes you to neighbouring Cromer, where you’ll find traditional seaside attractions, a Victorian pier, and a great range of eateries.
