Nice old-school hotel. Staff very Helpful.

Such a unique hotel! Loved the pub downstairs. Staff and patrons were very nice and fun to talk to. Breakfast was amazing… not only the usual buffet of food, but you could also order off the breakfast menu, everything included with your stay. Our room was small, but fine for a night; the bed was comfortable.

Amazing breakfast and meals.

The owner greeted me and offered to help carry my bag up to the room. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated

Nice place. Friendly staff !!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located in the center of town. Clean rooms above restaurant and bar. Worked perfectly for my group’ stay (we were three and shared a room).

Great hotel for a short stay (one night) if you have work - business in the University

The staff at Oaklands Hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay with parents in their 90's went smoothly. Even though it was a busy weekend, with four weddings, they made sure that we had a reserved parking spot, and couldn't be kinder at breakfast, bringing extra cushions to ensure that our parents were comfortable. Would totally recommend!

Used this hotel to be close to Norwich airport for a flight. Didn't have much of a chance to use much of the hotel facilities as I was late in and earky out, but for the price and for what I needed, it was ideal. Would say that the check-in was monumentally slick. Perhaps 30 seconds!
