"Room was clean, a good size and well appointed. There is no airconditioning though and when we stayed it was quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep. A fan is provided however it is loud. It was disappointing be informed at check-in and not at any point earlier that the gym is £20 more. Lots of parking and the staff are nice too. "

"Room was clean but sparsely furnished Corridors were not cleaned often enough. Bit on the expensive side for room provision but public areas were very 🙏 "

"Paid for a standard double room but got a compact room. Window wouldn’t open so room was too warm. Paid for late checkout however this was not acknowledged so we were locked out of room. "

"The WIFI and room were amazing and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not much as an english breakfast but overall 9/10!"
