Staff very friendly . We had an issue and didn’t feel safe with a person who was drunk and they moved us straight away. Dining staff friendly helped find a table not in the sun as beautiful as it is . Plenty food. Buffet not very hot but that’s understandable for a buffet . Lovely stay

Staff were adequate although not overly warm. Building itself was not bad and some unique, kitsch touches around the place. Food was average. I stayed for 2 days on business and made the most of the room service which again was adequate. An okay place to spend 1 night if you had to.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very nice too.
Booked 3 double rooms on the 2nd floor, rooms were smaller than expected with walking space in the entrance quite tight but plenty of hanging soace and desk space. Bathroom was good size and sufficient for 2 adults. There are 2 lifts which are ok size and quite slow to arrive and leave considering the building is only 3 floors high. The hotel has 24/7 reception and staff were very helpful and professional. Parking is plentiful but can get surprisingly full at times. Parking price is £12 for 24 hours which is expected for city centre hotel. There is a nearby parking above the hotel parking which is private and not part of the hotel so beware if you want to park there. Overall clean and pleasant stay, hotel decor is a little outdated in places and brand of hotel suggests it would be better quality but overall it is good quality.

Lovely hotel but the room I was given was disappointing. Very small (209), compare the same room my mate stayed. Other than that the hotel is fantastic, breakfast was amazing. Plenty of car park space.
Room was lovely and clean! Very spacious. Breakfast was cooked and presented well.
All the staff were polite and helpful. A bit shout out to the lady on the front desk who checked us in with ease and a smile.

No complaint about staff. Room was much smaller than we were expecting and comparing to a similar priced hotel like premiere inn.
Room walls seemed very thin we could here our nighbours on both sides and room above, and corridor.
Room was clean and maid did good job. Reception was polite, but matter of fact, rather than welcoming. Car parking £12 a day, and breakfast £12 each seemed pricey extras.

Warm welcome from reception staff member and the room was clean and warm.
HOWEVER the shower tray filled up really quickly so I could not finish my shower as I was worried the floor would flood.
Reported this on friday night so disappointed it was not sorted. Same problem Saturday morning.

The room was presented to an overall good standard and staff polite and friendly.
We were disappointed with the breakfast and therefore did not book any further breakfasts after the first day. My wife enjoyed using the sauna and pool during the day before the evening peak period.
Excellent facilities .Felt very at home here especially as I was on my own in the hotel.
Relaxing area around the Bar which was great to relax with friends & family. Great Breakfast & a good choice on the menu for supper.
I would certainly come back to hotel & advise friends to stay if in Nottingham.
Absolutely fantastic, comfort, cleanliness, hotel was amazing

The hotel is good for a weekend stay, i have booked again for next year. Some of the decor is a little tired, and getting food from the bar was a bit slow, but the breakfast was good, the room clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Just watch out for the shower tray, some of them dont drain properly and risk overflowing into the bathroom.

The hotel offers good facilities and is in a convenient locations. The food is ok, but most days I had to wait for a long time to get a table in the restaurant. The jacuzzi was broken and hadn't been fixed for days. Also, something needs to be done about the moth infestation.
It is an amazing hotel and has perfect location to Nottingham town centre and Nottingham station. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are great too. They did a happy hour on cocktails too which is great too would stay again thank you for the amazing stay as always
