"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. "The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. "The room was very nice and clean. We had a very large balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel came with free breakfast and they had a very large selection of food to choose from. The restaurants nearby were also all very good. They had a pool that we had access to but you had to walk about 5 minutes. The staff were all amazing and they always were happy to help with any questions you had. You would not be disappointed with Hotel du Lac."
