We managed to find the actual property by identifying it from photos, we then had to phone around to get the key code as we sat outside the property. This needs to be improved "

"Fantastic accommodation that provides everything you need for a girls weekend away. Beautifully furnished (Hamptons feel) with perfect entertaining space inside and out. Hot tub was a great addition to use day and evening. Lots of comfy seating to relax on for the 6 of us. Surrounding area is beautiful to visit and for walks. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful weekend."

"The property was clean, however it was very dated, old shower, rusted shower, door handles throughout made lots of noise as did floor, so if anyone had to get up during the night all of the others sleep would be disruptive, hot tub had no heat options, and a lodge with hot tub that wants to charge extra £10 for bath robe, ...... really disappointing start to stay, pity no washing machine so all dirty clothes had to be kept in cases, had to use a knife to open freezer door as the handle on...

"An amazing property. Clean, spacious and provided everything needed for our stay. A lovely welcome basket with crisps, coffee and biscuits for us with milk and chilled water in the fridge. Also, some biscuit treats for our dog who enjoyed the freedom of exploring the enclosed deck. Comfortable beds and accommodation. My partner enjoyed the PS4 whilst I relaxed with a book. "A Perfect Anniversary Escape in Serendipity – Every Detail Considered We stayed in Room 15, Serendipity, to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Thoughtful touches like welcome chocolates and a personalised congratulations message made us feel truly valued. Dinner was superb — beautifully presented with outstanding flavours — and followed by a surprise delivery of celebratory truffles. Serendipity offered direct poolside access via a private staircase, allowing us to step straight out into the sunshine for a relaxing afternoon with cocktails — the Hugo Spritz was a standout. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, and the spa provided just the right atmosphere to unwind. The personal touches really made us feel celebrated, and it’s clear the team takes genuine pride in the guest experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return — and we’ve already recommended Feversham to friends looking for a special getaway. Thank you to the entire team for a truly memorable stay."
