The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "

"We visit Hamilton several times a year and are so happy that we discovered The Hampton Inn and Suites in Cazenovia. We will definitely return. The amenities are lovely - cozy and very comfortable. The staff was incredible, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable - the rates were very reasonable. We love that there is an indoor pool and will definitely return with a few family members. The breakfast was extraordinary and the woman who managed it was lovely - very welcoming, personable and great at what she does. She really went the extra mile. "The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
