"Stayed for the acm award every one was amazing really helpful tony drove us to the event he went through so much for me because im handicapped and to drop and pick us up at the blue handicapped area was such a amazing man. Thank you tony for fighting for me he never gave up. The people atthe star told us to be dropped off there, but the police was giving us a hard time. And it was only for handicapped... that was the only disappointment. But yall have a amazing man in tony... so thank him again for me. "

I had to check out early and I am refunded promptly by the manager. Staff is polite and courteous. But carpets need to be changed and the lift need to be cleaned regularly and need to be updated. Overall, its a good stay."
