The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were the window in our room let so much light in from the parking lot lights, they need curtains as well as shades to prevent that. The coffee was bitter. We would stay here again if we were back in that area.

6/10 Okay

Overall it was an ok hotel in a crunch. We were safe, rooms were clean, somewhere to sleep. The best part was the breakfast and it’s a good location for access to things. The pool was over crowded and filthy I didn’t feel ok getting in therez

Pros: location was great. Had many amenities like the gym, outdoor pool, breakfast included, lounge areas. The staff texts you to ask if you need anything, I had them empty the trash since house keeping is every other day. They were amazing for that. Free parking. There is also an EV charger on site. Seems updated. No carpets in room. The cons: the room didn’t seem very clean. Dust all over. The wall and area next to the wall that had clothing hooks also had splatter. The ironing board had a huge stain. I’m used to Hiltons being very clean. Definitely not Hilton clean.

The room was small and there was a permanent looking stain on the bathroom wall. Nothing fancy, but it felt safe and fairly clean, so good enough fora one night stay. The staff was friendly; breakfast was included and adequate.
