The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

General: Please leave the home in generally tidy condition Wipe up any spills and remove food from fridge Place all used towels and bedding in the laundry basket or in front of the washer

Appliances & Utilities: Turn off lights, ceiling fans, and TVs Set the thermostat to 68°F (winter) or 75°F (summer) Be sure the gas fireplace is turned off (if used)

Kitchen: Load and start the dishwasher Leave used cookware rinsed in the sink or dishwasher Return any moved items (toaster, utensils, etc.) to original spots
