"Staff was very helpful. I was staying in a room where the people above me were too loud. Once I notified the staff I was quickly moved and upgraded to a suite. Needless to say I was a happy camper. The only thing that could have been better was my mattress and mattress cover both had stains on them."

It may not be the location's fault and more of the people staying there but someone urinated in the elevator overnight. Overall, the place feels older and may need a deeper cleaning. "

Thin walls and floor could hear everyone around me and the people above walking around. The AC was not good at, the function buttons were gone and no matter how cold you dropped the room the AC would turn off and made a rattle noise. "

"I pre-booked a king bed. Upon arrival and checking when we got to our room it was a single double bed. Nothing was said when we checked in. We went back to the front desk and was told there were no more king rooms and there was nothing he could do! We did not stay"
