However the biggest let down was that the chef had " closed the kitchen" because he wasn't prepared for valentine's day dinners and refused to make me something. I was there on a two night stay so lunch was something I definitely needed. I had to complain a lot and it took The front of house manager a lot to persuade the chef to make me something, but all he would offer was a very basic egg sandwich. This was very disappointing. "
