"Arrived to find no phone in the room, which would have been nice to arrange an important wake up call the following morning. Compounding the issue was that my Alexa alarm clock couldn’t be connected to WiFi for an important alarm the next morning owing to the way in which you connected to the hotel’s internet.staff didn’t have any solutions as to how to fix this and seemed nonplussed. Despite hotel literature saying you can set an alarm on the tv, you can’t. All of this resulted in me making someone elsewhere wake up early to call me. Overall, the hotel room was clean, if a bit dusty. The front doors of the hotel were very unclean, which doesn’t look good as far as first impressions are concerned. I’m glad I brought my own pillows because they were less than average. The bed was extremely hard, even though they provided a mattress topper as standard. "

"Was amazing but breakfast do not start until 8am by then I’ve checked out @ half seven, which was a bit disappointing as breakfast was included in the price 🤗🤔 Parking was through a very narrow alleyway which my seven seater car Skoda, could not fit but had to park on the street near by."
