We are conveniently situated near quaint wineries such as King Family, breweries along with hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway that is a short hop, jump and a skip away. Every effort has been made to keep this a green haven, chemical and synthetic scent free, so you can leave recharged and rested. Non-smoking

The home was exactly as described and more. The place was clean, the decor and amenities were well thought out and the hosts were very accommodating. The location was quiet and seemed secluded yet the house was close to vineyards, Crozet and Charlottesville. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful and clean apartment. Excellent amenities and great location close to Shenandoah and the Blue Ridge Parkway, as well as the Nelson 151 breweries/vineyards/distilleries. Joanna is very responsive and welcoming! Honestly, this was one of the best rentals I’ve had. Great spot!

Charming Guesthouse!

This above garage guesthouse was cozy, quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our weekend stay visiting family nearby and Charlottesville. Lovely finishing touches and thoughtful amenities throughout. Will definitely consider staying again.

Perfect place!

This was perfect for my wife and I. We hit Pro Re Nata brewery which was only 2 minutes away. Our host greeted us as we arrived and everything was so clean and was furnished well. We will be back!

Lovely mountain-adjacent studio

This was my second stay at the property. I've stayed in a number of different places around the mountain area and this one is so clean, convenient, friendly, and accessible to the surrounding Afton areas. Can't wait to return.

Stayed here while riding at Afton Stables, just 10 minutes away. Hosts were communicative and welcoming, studio apartment is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning.

Perfect Getaway

This was an ideal spot for us. Close to what we were doing during our visit. The cleanest of the property is second to done. Ideal parking and in a very quiet setting. Could not have asked for a better setup or location. We will Stay here again

Loved it

It was the perfect spot to stay in for the night on our way to Natural Bridge. Joanna was extremely responsive and so sweet. She walked us to the goats so my 7 YO could give them a snack. The suite is very cute and clean. Also, just 5 min from King Family winery and a cute brewery, Pro Re Nata with a playground that serves food. We would definitely stay here again!

Hamilton Oaks was AMAZING!

1st let me start by saying we messed up the dates and when we reached out to our host Joanna she was the best Host we had ever had before! We stay in these every time we travel, which is a lot! She was so accommodating. What a BEAUTIFUL all new place she has there. It’s a hidden Gem in beautiful surroundings. We will DEFINITELY be back again! A lovely quiet retreat near all of the Afton landmarks--I've stayed here several times and the host is responsive and helpful, the property comfortable and well-furnished, everything spotlessly clean, thoughtful provision of coffee/cream/water. An easy walk up to the Afton market for gourmet sandwiches, minutes away from wineries and breweries.
