This is a Penty (traditional fisherman's house), rated 3 stars, furnished with care in the marine spirit. It has a patio leading to an enclosed garden, full of flowers, which gives it an incomparable charm and a much appreciated tranquillity.

On the ground floor is the living room (the fireplace is closed off), the open-plan kitchen and the bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people (2 single beds 140/190). There is a private parking space behind the house. A bay is 50 metres away and beaches are between 2 and 10 kilometres away.

The main room has 3 gentle heat radiators to keep the house cosy in winter.

A TNT decoder allows you to receive French and German channels.

Wifi access is unlimited.

In addition to the rent, the following charges will be billed:

We stayed a week in this fine little gem in the middle of Rostellec; a place were ships find there last place as well as some oyster farms; all in walking distance. The house was in an excellent condition and we received a warm welcome. Rostellec is very well located to explore the many hiking trails (basically GR34, the Grand Hiking Route along the coast), cozy, local restaurants (the Le Cafe au Prot at La Fret with the freshest mussels and oysters) and a fantastic scenery. We returned to our vacation home ever evening with a new experience and had overall a very relaxing vacation in a home that was not just equipped to be rented, but which was lovingly furnished and styled to make you really feel at home. Cozy, cozy little gem :-)

We had a wonderful stay in Rostellec. This cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed for our two-week holiday in Brittany. It was great to have a washing machine, a full oven and a microwave, none of which are a given in holiday cottages in this price bracket. A big plus is the garden which was not only great for drying our washing but also became our dining room for most of the time we were there. We arrived with two cars, but there was sufficient parking space for both of them next to the cottage. The cottage is a couple of minutes' walk from the beach (pebbles, no sand), a great place to watch the sun go down. The village of "Le Fret" with its own beach (with sand), a couple of nice bars and a great crêperie is about 20 minutes' walk away. The closest supermarket is Leclerc in Crozon which is about 10 minutes' drive from the cottage. The beautiful resort of Morgat is about 15 minutes' drive from the cottage. If we were to criticise anything at all, it would be the bedrooms which each have only one small window and retain the heat at night. Thankfully, each room is equipped with a powerful fan. Although Virginie unfortunately couldn't be there to welcome us on our arrival, communication was good, and we knew that she would be available if any problems had arisen. She was there for our departure, though, and it was lovely to meet her and her dog Madison. We would definitely recommend Virginie's cottage.

Le gîte pourrait être agréable si quelques travaux de restauration étaient effectués et notamment la réparation de la cheminée, et une couche de peinture pour rafraîchir l’ensemble.À cette époque, le gîte est très difficile à chauffer et reste très humide. Il est nécessaire de mettre les petits radiateurs électriques au maximum ( coût pour une semaine : 70 euros)

Wir waren total begeistert und entzückt. Die bietet schöne Orte zum Wandern, Baden und das Meer zu bewundern. Das Haus war super, hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war super und immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank! Auch gab es eine Katze, die uns regelmäßig besucht hat.:) erreichbar. Ru

Garten und Haus sind wirklich sehr schön und geschmackvoll hergerichtet, vor allem der Garten viel größer als man es erwartet. 3 klare Minuspunkte gibt es: Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils nur ein winziges Fensterchen, und die Dachschrägen erfordern eine gute Beweglichkeit. Wer nachts frische Luft braucht, ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz. Dieser Punkt fehlt in der Beschreibung. Da man das Haus nur von vorne sieht, kann man auch nicht erkennen, dass es wirklich nur die 2 Fensterchen zur Strasse hin gibt. 2: Der sehr große Fernseher funktioniert nur mit Google Chromecast in Verbindung mit dem eigenen Handy + Google App. Wir haben es nicht geschafft auch nur einen französischen TV Sender auf die Mattscheibe zu bekommen. Absolut nicht Barrierefrei. 3. Im Haus sind 2 Überwachungskameras verbaut (im Wohnzimmer, an der Treppe vor dem Bad). Vermutlich Einbruchschutz. Die Kameras muß man aber erst einmal sehen, um sie abdecken zu können. Ob die Geräte ein Mikrophon haben, haben wir nicht untersucht. Eine Aufklärung zu den Kameras haben wir vermißt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin per Mail war gut, Sie versuchte auch die Inbetriebnahme des Fernsehers zu erklären - leider ohne Erfolg. Gesehen haben wir Sie vor Ort nicht. Es wurde auch ein Foto des Stromzählers gewünscht - aber auf der Fewo-Direkt Seite kann man gar keine Fotos anhängen, und eine andere email Adresse wollte Sie uns nicht schicken. Fazit: Wegen der sehr schlechten Belüftung im Schlafzimmer wir hier nicht mehr mieten.

Location très bien située au calme avec un environnement incroyable. On peut tout les soirs observer le coucher de soleil. La maison est bien équipée, tout y est. Un livre presqu'île de Crozon disponible dans la location nous a permis de cibler nos destinations afin de ne rien rater sur ce magnifique site. Merci beaucoup, très belles vacances

Ein wundervolles kleines Haus mit super ausgestatteter Küche und einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre ! Lediglich das Bett war für 2 Erwachsene etwas klein - aber vielleicht sind wir nur schon zu lange verheiratet um das zu schätzen ;-) Auch die Duschkabine ist ein bißchen eng gewesen, aber hier jammere ich auf hohem Niveau. Es war sauber und ruhig. Die Terrasse ist ein kleiner versteckter Traum, zum ist es 1 Minute zu Fuß - allerdings kein Badestrand. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. In max. 15 Autominuten kann man alles erreichen: Strände, Restaurants, Häfen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege,... Es war traumhaft und wenn wir gekonnt hätten, wären wir für immer geblieben !

Sehr entspannt in ruhiger Lage, mit einem wunderschönen kleinen Garten und einem äußerst sympathischen, alten Besuchskater. Die Küche war für ein kleines Ferienhäuschen sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns im Häuschen mit seiner Terrasse und auf Crozon insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im April 2023 in diesem Haus. Für zwei Personen perfekt, Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus und der private Garten sind prima. Ausstattung sehr gut. Allerdings liegt Rostellec abseits, einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto, es ist kein Bäcker, Supermarkt oder Restaurant um die Ecke. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten auf/um Crozon sind aber gut zu erreichen.

La procédure d’arrivée était excellente . Catherine nous a très bien expliqué la vie de cette petite maison agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous espérons que la cheminée sera rapidement ré-équipée afin de rendre le salon encore plus cosy qu’il n’est déjà et permettre une saison hivernale avec un chauffage plus confortable. Et puis…malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la cour et du jardin compte tenu de la saison ( mi novembre )mais ils avaient l’air très agréable. La situation de la maison en plein cœur du petit bourg de Rostellec est stratégiquement adéquate pour ne pas avoir trop de voiture à faire pour accéder à tout. Courses comme promenades . Nous sommes très contente de notre séjour.

Accueil parfait, d'une extrême gentillesse. Petite maison parfaitement entretenue, meublée avec soin et goût. Tout fonctionne parfaitement: internet, douche,... seul souci, mais parfaitement mineur: le réseau téléphonique. Mais ça c'est une question de région et non de ce charmant havre de paix. Beaucoup de possibilités de découvertes et de randonnées aux alentours. Je recommande cette petite maison très chaudement! Encore une fois pour la personne qui m'y a accueillie: un grand Merci!

Das Häuchen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht dem was auf den Bilder gezeigt ist. Auf den Bildern ist ein großer offener Kamin abgebildet der aber leider nicht zu benutzen war - das Kamin war mit einer Plane abgedeckt. In der Beschreibung hätte man darauf hinweisen können, dass der Kamin nicht zu benutzen ist - es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass er in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt ist - so kann man es natürlich auch hindrehen. Der Warmwassebeuler in einem der Schlafzimmer war undicht. Das Tropfwasser wurde in einem Backblech!! aufgefangen. Nach 2 Tagen tropfte das Wasser dann in die Küche. Ein beauftragter Klemptner kam - ohne Ergebis.Das Abwassersystem sollte über eine Hebeanlage funktionieren - diese war undicht und so hatten wir reichlich Wasser auf dem Badezimmerboden. Die Toilettenspülung lief immer wieder nach und war nur mit viel Fingespitzengefühl zu stoppen. Waschbecken im Bad und Küche waren verstopft. Die Hausbesitzerin war vor Ort und wir einigten uns auf nicht Erstattung von Wasser und Strom. Ich hoffe, dass das Häuschen bei FeWo so lange nicht mehr angeboten wird bis die oben aufgeführten Mängel behoben sind.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit einem Terrassengarten, ideal zum Entspannen. Wenn es warm wird, ist ein Mückennetz für das Bett zu empfehlen.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und schön mit Fischereizubehör im bretonischen Stil dekoriert. Wir haben im Garten viele blühende Hortensien und andere Blumen vorgefunden und dort viel ungestörte Zeit auf den Liegestühlen verbracht. Der Kontakt zur Hauskeeperin war angenehm. Bei zwei Problemen war sie schnell und hilfreich zur Stelle.
