"Blood on sheets of room I was shown Front desk night lady seems rude and angry for no reason."

"Regarding cleanliness, there were long hairs on the shower wall. More details aside, a major security issue occurred just minutes after check-in: the receptionist accidentally assigned our room and handed a key to another guest, who then walked into our room. This was a shocking and completely unacceptable security failure by the hotel staff"

"Staff was courteous, the rooms were generally clean but you could see the wear from use. So it's not the most up to date. Staff were courteous and helpful. My biggest gripe was all rooms were very poorly lit and pretty dark for my liking as I was working remotely from my room I prefer well lit settings. I requested multiple times for a spare lamp or a desk lamp but none were provided"

"Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at night expecting to check into our room, as the hotel’s email clearly stated it would be ready by 3:00 PM. Instead, we were told the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait even longer. After a full day of traveling, this was completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Rather than apologizing or trying to help resolve an issue that was entirely on the hotel’s side, they were defensive and dismissive. We were simply asking for the room we had reserved and been told would be available. Customer service is severely lacking here. The property itself also feels outdated and has a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here. This hotel needs better management and a much stronger focus on customer service."

"The property looked like it would be nice but the rooms were not clean. My bathrooms were dirty and so was fridge. Cabinets had tape on them, furniture was had a lot of wear. Toilets had hair on them, side of tub had some type of cream. Curtains were stained and smelled. I would not recommend this hotel. I had two rooms, same in both rooms."
