"The staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast was excellent with many alternative kind of food. The place of the hotel is very close to the Parliament and you can get the most interesting places to visit, just by walking."

"We had a problem with the room on check in which was in the end resolved fairly well but we did initially get a somewhat aggressive response from one of the staff members making it our issue, which was corrected through her manager later. Overall the room was nice with a fantastic view and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with quick service. Great location, although you can tell this hotel needs maintenance and repairs."

"I like the hotel, and its pool and breakfast are decent with reasonable prices. The only let down (which isnt really Hotel's fault, it's more Budapest in general) is the buses dont accept card payment yet and so the easiest public transport to the hotel isnt really usable for most tourists. (Bus 15) It will be helpful if the hotel notice guests on this or lobby government for this change. I thoroughly enjoyed a completely cash-free city break in Budapest, and hopefully next time we visited the hotel the bus payment system would have changed."
