"The hotel is OK but is lacking in comparison to the descriptions on line. Examples include that there is no mineral baths, only that one can go to the baths in Budapest. There is no laundry facilities on site, only laundry service. There are no bikes at location nor do they have a partner for rental as was indicated when we asked their AI chat. There were ants in the bathroom and the A/C was not yet turned on for summer but it was very hot and uncomfortable at times. When staff were asked for an extra pillow, it required 3 requests and 2 full days. Staff are friendly and trying but likely lack resources. Breakfasts are quite good, lots of choice and good quality."

"The room with twin beds was extremely small and without windows, making it feel stuffy. Breakfast was a plus however good food good variety, great hours. The location was good, near the metro, although the fact that it is inside a clothing store makes it feel unexpected."

"My husband and I visited Budapest for the first time and stayed at the Hotel Clark. It was fabulous! The location is perfect for walking to all the beautiful sites. The staff was welcoming, helpful and very pleasant. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne! The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and made calls to secure our reservations. Our Superior Studio rooms was gorgeous, spacious and had a wonderful view overlooking the Danube & Chain Bridge. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return."

"From the outside, the hotel looks a bit dated but it was bright and modern inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available each morning. We also enjoyed using the spa which was well maintained. Our room was a good size. The only downside was that the air conditioning was difficult to work and there was no instruction manual provided so our room was very hot. We were on the second floor facing the car park and we would get cigarette smoke coming in through our open window, as people would smoke close to the building and it would drift up. Location-wise, it is a little bit away from the city centre but it’s a pleasant 40 minute walk along the Danube, or the nearest metro is a 10 minute walk away. Overall, I would stay here again!"
