"Walking distance to the beach and markets. Dislike that the pool was not open throuout all of our stay and cleaning service was not done either. "

"Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted."

"Wonderful view, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, exceptional pool with lounges always available. Host was very responsive to any issues all of which were minor and promptly addressed. Loved it!"

"This place is not looked after. patio window dirty. Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. Purchased a peeler while we were there. Pool is dirty and no circulation. Owner does not care. My husband and I climbed 50 stairs daily up and down from our room. My husband is over 70 but thankfully we are in good shape. doors slamming and people playing pool just...

"I am 54 years old and that was the most pleasant experience I’ve had ever. I enjoyed it so much we are in the process of buying real estate in the area we stayed in. "When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

"Definitely a great place to stay if you're coming to Huatulco. Very safe and secure and close to many restaurants and the little town of La Crucecita. Everybody was super friendly including the building staff, property manager, etc."

"lots of unfinished construction. rooster next door woke us up at 4am every day. Gorge is a good host. the suite we rented is not the same as in the photos, thank goodness Gorge offered us something else."

"This was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. Plenty of space for a full family with easy access to the many pools and short walk to get a taxi. Roxanna was readily available for any questions I had. I ould definitely stay here again."

"Spacious top-floor place with awesome views of the bay, very well-maintained grounds, direct access to the beach via a somewhat steep path. Would definitely book again!"
