Some property maintenance issues that need attention, such as shower leaking water onto bathroom floor, only 2/4 elements on stove working. Kitchen poorly stocked…no large coffee mugs, no vegetable peeler or can opener, no kettle for boiling water to make tea. Check in process was slow. Check out was easy and quick. "When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

"This was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. Plenty of space for a full family with easy access to the many pools and short walk to get a taxi. Roxanna was readily available for any questions I had. I ould definitely stay here again."

"Our stay at La Bocana was amazing, we stayed for about 10 days and we felt right at home. The space had all the basic elements for a nice, comfortable stay with my family and was in a quiet location near the ocean (though not for swimming), but not far from town. The team in charge was super attentive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed in advance and during our stay. Absolutely recommended for any future travelers considering staying here. "
