10/10 Excellent

"This is a small gem of a hotel very close to the Cathedral and the Roman ruins. Staff were very helpful and the room was quiet. The rooftop terrace was a definite plus and the breakfast cereals and yogurt were good. My only complaint is that they only had herb teas for breakfast and after I asked about black tea the first morning they did nothing to get any in for the next two days of my stay."

"This was a really lovely little hotel. I enjoyed my room so much I stayed in it more than I probably should have. The shower was amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water (not a given on this trip). The parking situation was not ideal but I guess for a hotel in a tiny city with narrow streets the options are never going to be great. I ended up parking at a couple of different locations about a 10 minute walk away. For breakfast I recommend the Do Largo cafe just around the corner which had very nice staff and tasty Portuguese toasts. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious."

"Everything was excellent, friendly staff at reception. Was a little disappointed at breakfast when I asked for a coffee and they pointed me to the dispenser, soon after a young women asked for a coffee and got one from the server. Loved the location, and the amenities. I would recommend that they replaced older towels for new ones. Mine had a hole in it and it surprised me for a Hilton."

"The AC was not cooling, the shower didn’t keep the same water presssure, fluctuating for scalding hot to very cold every other 10 seconds not keeping a steady desired temperature, no refrigerator in the room ,the queen bed was two single beds put together leaving a horrible gap between, last but no least water leekeage running down from ceikeing on the wall , see attached pictures."
