"First time traveling to Washington with my family and staying in this hotel. When I checked in, the female employee's unkindness and discrimination made my experience in Washington worse. I asked for a parking lot, and she replied very unkindly that there was no parking. Then she asked me to tell her where to park my car because I parked it in front of the hotel, but she answered very unkindly and curtly. Then when Mae parked her car in the hotel parking space again, she answered us with very unkind words and actions, saying, "Why did you park there, check-in first, put your car in." My experience in Washington was the worst. She didn't have a hotel.."

"Overall will recommend to others, just a few points to mention. No stationary or pens in the room, no complimentary water daily, no Bible in the room, ice machine was broken on our floor, towels were hard and nubbly, cafe and gift shop over priced and pillows too soft. Bar food delicious, staff helpful, airport shuttle helpful, clean and good location to public transportation. AC was good. "

The breakfast buffet was overpriced, but had the basics. The advertisement for the hotel gave me the impression that it was on the water, but it absolutely is not. You have to cross a highway to get to the water. Additionally they advertise a food court below the hotel, but don’t be fooled, it is reminiscent of something from the USSR, stark and depressing.
