This large villa is spacious and bright, with magnificent porches and good views of the valley. Private pool of 8. 5mts x 5mts is next to the barbecue area. The villa has all the outdoor furniture, chairs, tables and hammocks. The villa has a large living room on two levels and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with access to a large porch and right next to the dining area.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with another double bed and a large 70m2 games room with 5 beds with the possibility of placing 3 more beds as extra beds. It also has 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet.

We have spent a great week in a nice house with (airco and) a pool. The house had an amazing view with it. The contact with the host (Jaime) was great, even though we spoke little Spanish and he not English (god bless Google translate). He was really helpful and clear in everything ('issues'/questions about the house, but also recommendations for places to out and supermarkets). I would definitely recommend this place with this host.

La casa es increíble, tal como muestra las fotos. Muchas habitaciones, todo muy limpio. La parte exterior es super espaciosa y bonita, para hacer barbacoas es perfecta y con una piscina brutal. Toda la casa muy bien equipada. Tiene 2 neveras muy grandes. La zona es preciosa y retirada del centro. La verdad que todo genial. Mi única pega, y bastante importante, es que el duelo vive justo al lado y, a pesar de que es muy amable y nos puso todas las facilidades, está demasiado pendiente de todo y entra a la casa a diario a limpiar la piscina, cosa que creo que no debería ser así, ya que para dos días que alquilas una casa, no tiene que entrar nadie.

Une villa au top, des propriétaires aux petits soins, un séjour magique grace à cette maison et à ce couple! Nous avons passé un excellent week end , le propriétaire est très gentil et très serviable . La maison est topissime, très propre , très fonctionnelle. (Grand frigo, nombreuses salle de bain et toilettes surtout pour 18filles) nous avons toutes super bien dormi. Je recommande vivement cette maison et nous espérons pouvoir revenir en famille !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Cubelles. Jaime a été très accueillant et toujours prêt à proposer son aide. La maison est au calme. Exterieur sympathique. Propreté impeccable. Literie correcte. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le dortoir est moins confortable que les autres chambres, au sous-sol avec peu d'ouvertures. Nous étions 18, donc nous avions vraiment besoin de l'utiliser.Les plages agreables sont accessibles en voiture uniquement, à 15 minutes environ. Barcelone est à 45 mn.

La villa est bien adaptée pour accueillir un groupe de jeunes personnes. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Les magasins et la plage à quelques minutes en voiture. Un grand merci à Jaime, le propriétaire, pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Haus mit vielem was man sich wünscht. Vermieter Jaime stets zur Stelle falls man etwas benötigt. Wenn man nicht zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte, braucht es auf jeden Fall ein Auto - fürs Meer und zum Einkaufen. Cubelles ist ein ruhigeres Örtchen und die Strandbesuche im selbigen Ort sind daher super mit viel Platz.

Fuimos 3 familias con niños pequeños, había espacio de sobras para los 13. Disfrutamos de la piscina, ping pong y billar, comimos en el porche y cenamos en el comedor, de lujo. Jaime nos preparó las habitaciones para poder dormir con los más pequeños en las habitaciones de matrimonio y acudió en 10 minutos cuando le llamamos por un problema de la caldera, que solucionó enseguida. Muy recomendable, repetiremos!

Es una casa muy amplia, limpia, cómoda. Con el menaje correcto, limpio y útil. Para nosotros el inconveniente que hemos visto es que tiene vecinos, propietarios, a ambos lados, y hemos sido un grupo de 13 personas, y debido, al silencio y tranquilidad de la zona, nos sabía mal hacer sobremesa en el jardin, o poner música. Jaime muy atento.

Tout d'abord le propriétaire a toujours été très sympathique avec nous aussi bien dans sa capacité à réagir rapidement si nous pouvions avoir un problème et par sa communication avec nous. L'emplacement de la villa est idéal puisqu'elle se trouve dans une impasse, le point de vue de la piscine est splendide, tout est très fonctionnel dans la maison. Il faut aller à la plage en voiture mais cela n'est pas un problème comme ça on peut changer de place tous les jours de Sitges jusqu'à Salou. Encore un grand merci à Jaime pour sa gentillesse.

Un poco decepcionante. Demasiada letra pequeña. El aire acondicionado se paga aparte, la ropa de cama y toallas de ducha, tambien. Y que no haya ni una sola copa para tomar un vino o un cava, inexplicable. La infraestructura de la barbacoa, deficiente.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jaime. Personne agréable et disponible en cas de besoin. Il parle français. Belle maison, spacieuse décoré avec goût. Bien équipée avec un bel extérieur et une grande piscine. Agréable pour les soirées en extérieur avec barbecue, frigo et table. De nombreux commerces autours. La plage pas loin. Prévoir du répulsif pour les moustiques lol. Et prévoir dans votre budget 80€ pour les 4 clims. Nous recommandons la propriété.

Très belle propriété avec tout ce qu'il faut autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Convient parfaitement aux familles, amis... le billard, la table de ping pong et la piscine ont été appréciés par les adultes et les enfants. Merci encore à Jaime pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse!

La descripción es tal y como indican. La casa está muy bien, limpia y espaciosa. Los niños tenían mucho sitio para jugar. La zona de barbacoa junto a la piscina está genial, con nevera incluida. Los anfitriones muy serviciales.

Mooie ruime woning. Min puntje: in de advertentie staat dat beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen terwijl even verder staat dat je voor beddengoed en handdoeken €11 pp moet betalen. Slordig en daar hadden we dus niet op gerekend . Verder prachtig gehad.
